We source our caviar directly from the Caspian Sea — the historical cradle of the sturgeon — where pure, mineral-rich saline waters offer an ideal habitat and ensure exceptional quality.
Each pearl comes from naturally raised sturgeon and is prepared according to the Malossol method — a Russian term meaning “low salt” — which preserves every aroma in its purest form.
