La Perle du Caviar is delivered in thermal packaging with instant ice packs that keep the products perfectly refrigerated throughout the entire delivery process. Each of our caviar tins is chilled and then placed in a discreet box featuring our logo. This allows us to guarantee an unbroken cold chain throughout shipping, right up to the moment your caviar reaches its destination.

Delivery time & schedule

We use an express courier service. For orders placed between Monday morning and Thursday morning, delivery time is 48–72 hours. All orders received from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon are shipped the following Monday.

Please note: due to the nature of the product, it is essential that the caviar arrives at your address within 48 hours of shipment. Deliveries usually occur within 24 hours. For this reason, we only ship from Monday to Thursday. We do not ship during weekends, public holidays, or the days immediately following a holiday.

There are, however, exceptions: if you absolutely wish to receive your delivery during the weekend or on a public holiday, please note that courier surcharges will apply. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact us directly — by phone or email — so that we can find a suitable solution for you.
